The load cell uses stainless steel, uses metal diaphragm welding technology, has water proof and dust proof capacity of IP68, has internal A/D module and CPU, and has digital signal output. It has built-in overload protection circuit, and has surge resistance. The load cell has good automatic central adjustment and anti-rotation function, bears compression force, and has good dynamic response, strong overload resistance, easy installation and convenient operation. The product is suitable for gas-dust explosive atmosphere, and has operating areas: Zones 1 and 2 in gas explosive atmosphere, and zones 20, 21 and 22 in dust explosive atmosphere. Explosion proof grade is ExmaIICT4Ga; ExmaD 20IP68T130℃. Predicted short circuit current ≤100mA.
