Installed on hand electric drill, bench drill or professional drilling machine, drilling around 800-1000 revolutions per minute. When using, water should be added continuously.

Working Principle: The diamond part of the cutter head of the opener rubs against the hard and fragile objects such as glass, ceramic tile, marble and granite, and corrodes constantly to get the holes we need. Instead of cutting objects like cutting tools, it uses the high hardness of diamond to grind special contact objects into fine particles to form holes. When drilling, water cooling is needed. On the one hand, the fine particles produced by friction are washed away, the working contact surface is increased, and the drilling speed is increased. On the other hand, the temperature of the tool head is lowered because the performance of diamond decreases at high temperature, and it is easy to break and lead to shedding, which makes the opener scrapped. Therefore, in order to improve the life of the perforator, it is necessary to cool the hole with water.

Notes:

1. When drilling holes, water must be continuously added to cool them in order to prevent friction and heat, burning diamond sand grains and coating from falling off.

2 After the opening device is installed, it should first idle to check whether it is clamped and eccentric, whether there is a jump, confirm that there is no abnormality, and then start operation.

3 Must be smooth when drilling, do not apply friction pressure and curve drilling.

Drilling thin-walled workpieces such as glass and ceramic tiles, please be sure to smooth and stabilize the work to avoid uneven force, resulting in crushing workpieces and unnecessary losses. The surface of the workpiece is relatively smooth. If a hand-held electric drill is used to drill holes, the hole opener will slide back and forth on the workpiece surface, which is difficult to locate. Please tilt the hole opener to contact the workpiece surface. When there is point contact, then gently upright the hand-held electric drill and keep it vertical, so that the hole can be stabilized.

5. Operators should take safety devices to ensure personal safety.

Particle size needs manual input: 80-100 mesh, 100-120 mesh, 120 mesh, 150 mesh, 180 mesh, 230 mesh
