Description:

Resistant dextrin is a natural small molecular water-soluble dietary fiber obtained the enzymatic hydrolysis of corn starch and then spray drying.
It contains a large number of starch cross-linking bonds, which will not be hydrolyzed by the digestive enzymes in human body.

Resistant dextrin is a kind of white or light yellow powder or light yellow liquid, with slightly sweet taste, low viscosity and no other odor, and good water-solubility with a pH of 4.0-6.0.
