Description of YK Oscillating granulator:
YK Swing granulator is a special equipment for making particles of moist powder mixture, forced by the screen under the action of the rotating drum. The finished granules is discharged into the barrel via the discharging chute.
The swing granulator is mainly used for manufacturing various specifications of granules in food, health care products, medicine, chemicals, samples and other industries, and is used for pressing various molded products after drying. The classic materials are :medicine granules, Banlangen granules, ginger tea granules, glutinous powder granules and so on.
Features of oscillating granulator:
1. The particle strength is not high, and it dissolves quickly when it is in contact with water;
2. Very convenient to replace the screen to make particles of different diameters;
3. Through the screen extrusion granulation, the particle diameter is uniform;
4. As a common granulation equipment, the swing granulator solves the problems of powder dust and rapid solubility. The particles produced are from 0.5 to 3.5 mm, and the particles are uniform and beautiful, and are widely used.
