Detergent Calcium Alkyl Phenate Oil Additive

Overbased Sulfurized Calcium Alkyl Phenate T122 has universal functions of acid neutralization, anti-oxidation and wear resistance in engine lubricant oil. Because of its good high temperature cleanliness, dispersion and water resistance, it can easily reduce carbon accumulation at the top of piston. It is used to mediate high grade internal combustion engine oil, especially suitable for turbocharged diesel engine oil. Reference dosage is 0.5-4.0wt% for engine oil; reference dosage: 25-35wt% for marine cylinder oil.

It shows excellent compatibility with Rust Preventative Anti-rust Additive, Pour Point Depressant, High Temperature Antioxidant, Antiwear EP Additive, TBN Booster Calcium Sulfonate, Corrosion Inhibitor ZDDP, Ashless Dispersant, ect to produce multiple Additive Package. And it has good protection effect in reducing top piston ring carbon and is widely used to blend middle and high grade ICE oil and marine oil.

●Package, Storage and Transportation

Package:Packed in 200L iron drums or made to order.

Storage:For highest storage temperature, it shall not surpass 45℃. This product is non-flammable, non-explosive, and non-corrosive.In terms of safety, environmental protection and use, it is equal to general petroleum products, don`t need the special protection. 

Pay attention to: Avoid contact with strong oxidizer when use it, shelf life is 2 years.
