Second, express packaging industry hot melt adhesive selection standards:
1, bag sealing hot melt adhesive, must be stable performance, with good low temperature initial viscosity, strong initial stripping strength and good high temperature resistance. Express bag sealing adhesive has high requirements on high temperature and low temperature resistance, because the application of hot melt adhesive in express bag sealing is also divided into summer glue and winter glue. Hot melt adhesives will have different effects at higher temperatures and lower temperatures. The most common effect is the viscosity of the glue. Different hot melt adhesives should be used according to different climates. The summer temperature is relatively high, if the use of general glue, it will be easy to have glue and oil, or it will be easy to deglue in the case of low temperature in winter.
2, in the selection of hot melt adhesive should pay attention to the color of the glue, in general, if there is no special requirements, yellow hot melt adhesive is better than white adhesive. Secondly, although the hot melt adhesive is not so strict on the surface treatment, it is necessary to do appropriate treatment for dust and oil, so that the hot melt adhesive can play the best role.
