Descrition:

 

ASTM H11/DIN 1.2343/JIS SKD6/Z38CDV5/BS BH11 Properties: Under medium temperature conditions, it has good toughness, thermal strength, thermal fatigue and wear resistance. Less thermal deformation and less oxide skin when air quenching, erosion against molten aluminum.

 

1.Size Available:

a) Round bar: Dia 16mm-600mm , Length can be customized.

b) Flat bar: Thickness: 16-500mm Width: 200-1000mm ,Length can be customized.

2. Shaping: Hot forged / Hot rolled

3. Surface condition: Black surface/turning/milling/grinding/polishing

4. Annealing Hardness: HB229 Max

 

 

Applications:

 

Widely used in making casting die, thermal extruding die for machining aluminum casting parts, tools for punching holes, core rod, pressing forging die and plastic mould. And also used for the structure parts in plane and rockets at 400~500°C.
