What are the commonly used materials for plastic cnc machining and their properties?

1. ABS: density is 1.2, good toughness, can be bonded, can be baked to 70-80 degrees after fuel injection.
2. PMMA: density 1.3, relatively broken, good transparency, can be bonded, can be baked to about 65 degrees after fuel injection.
3. PC: density is 1.2, which can resist 120 degrees high temperature, can be adhered, can be injected with fuel, and generally transparent.
4. POM (Saigang): Density 2, good high -strength toughness, not fuel injection, not bonding, wear resistance.
5. PP: density 1.1, good high -strength toughness, can be sprayed in fuel, can not be adhered.
6.Nylon: density 1.2, good high -strength toughness, not fuel injection, not adhesive.
7. 475 rubber plate: density 1.2, relatively soft, poor toughness, can withstand 60-70 degrees high temperature.
8. Plastic King (PTFE): Dental 2.2, cannot be bonded, cannot be injected, can resist 250 degrees high temperature, relatively soft.
