Established in 2011, Ningbo Ration Machinery Co., Ltd., was, is a professional OEM/ODM manufacturer specialized in R&D and production in CNC Machining. The factory covers an area of 2500 ㎡, near Ningbo port. We have over 50 employees, including 20 senior technicians. We are good at CNC precision parts processing. Our products are used in pump and valve industry, auto parts, food machinery parts, agricultural machinery parts, engineering machinery parts and marine hardware. We can process stainless steel, carbon steel, alloy steel, aluminium and iron. We offer CNC machining services for bar or tube, casting blanks, forging blanks. We manage heat treatment, plating, electroplating, anodising, powder coating with our partner factories. We provide a one-stop service from drawing and mould design and development to product manufacturing, heat treatment, surface treatment, inspection and packaging. In recent years, we have introduced a series of advanced manufacturing and testing equipment such as CNC centres, CMMs and image measuring machines. In addition, we have obtained TUV and ISO 9001:2015 certifications and also comply with the 5S management system.
