Custom PE Waterproof Insulated Tarps with Foam

Poly Insulated Tarps is made from two layers of PE laminated woven fabric with a layer of foam inside, PE laminated woven fabric is waterproof and UV resistant, Foam minimizes rapid temperature fluctuation. So PE insulated Tarp Cover is a durable and ideal product for temperature control which works well for concrete curing blankets, wall padding, kiln covers, curtains, ground covers, cushioning, ect,  keep the good condition and protection of vehicles, equipment, construction, pool, greenhouse, scaffolding, etc. in cold weather. And we also can custom make a product to fit customer`s specific application.

Construction: PE Laminated Woven Fabric Layer + Foam layer inside + PE Laminated Woven Fabric Layer,

    Outside is PE Tarps in different colors and weight

    Inside is PE/PP foam

Material: 100% virgin high quality Polyethylene

Weight: 45g/m2 to 300g/m2

Size: Any Size available subject to customer`s requirement

 Common Size such as 12`x20` ,  12`x24`, 12'×25', 3'×12' , 6'×25', 3'×25', 15'×25'

Foam: Thichness: 3mm, 4mm, 6mm, ... as per customer request

            Layers: 1 layer , 2 layers or 3 layers

Density or Mesh: 7x6 , 7x7 , 8x7 , 8x8 , 10x8 , 10x10 , 12x12 , 14x14 , etc.

UV Percentage: UV1%, UV2%, UV3%,ect. As per customer`s requirement 

Color: Any color available upon customer`s requirement

    Such as White, black, Silver, Orange,Blue, Green, etc.

Shape: Any Shape can be made as per customer`s design

Details: Double stitching all around the edges,

  Rust-proof Strong Brass eyelets every 3 feet or every meter,

Packing: Each tarpaulin is folded and put in a transparent polybag with a label insert,

Suitable pieces packed in a bale or in a carton (usually 20kgs per package)
