Secondly, our EVA raw material engineer would create the new EVA formula according to the product foaming ration.
Thirdly, EVA IP injection engineer will do the molds trial several times to have the new product samples for customer confirmation.

Fourthly, QC engineer would follow manufacturing progress, control the quality and examine the details when doing the mass production.

R: We are a manufacturer. We have our own factory in Dongguan city, Guangdong province, China. 
Q2: Do you provide a sample? Is it free or extra?
R: Sure, we provide a sample for evaluation at any time. Sample cost needs to be paid, which will be refunded when you place the official order.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
R: Sample Time: 3-15 working days. Production Order: 15-30 working days, depending on the quantity and the product style.

Q4: How about the payment?

R: 50% deposit and balance paid off before shipment. Western Union and MoneyGram are welcome to transfer money.

R: Firstly, send us your product 3D STEP drawing and detail requirements, we will reply you the quotation within one day.

    Secondly, after contact-signed, we will prepare for opening EVA molding once we receive molding 50% deposit. And then we start to open mold.

    Thirdly, after sample-confirmed, the factory will mass-produce your EVA product projects as your require.
