Continuous Steel Sheet Cutting to Length Line suitable for medium thickness plates of long lengths, the plate thickness is not neither so thick nor so thin. The medium thickness range 2-10mm, coil plate length range 250-1000mm, each coil cutting to length time: 10-30mins

Continuous Cut to Length Line is advanced technology, is the trend of future cut to length line. the Line speed can be 50m/min, 12m shet x 3pcs/min.

raw material of steel coils: 

 coil weight 15-30T, coil width 500-2000mm, coil inner diameter 508/610/760mm

with plate thickness increasing, strip length shorter at the same coil weight, in reality usually coil weight increases with thickness increase, strip length becomes longer 

2. leveling and stop cutting to length gives low production when strip length is thin and long, our synchro cutting to length line can cut off the plates within a quarter when line speed 50m/min.

3. big coil of thick plate also suit synchro cutting, cutting can be finished within 10minutes.

5. synchro hydraulic shear cut flat plates to length, with front leveling and after stacking continuously.

6. stacking is automatic, include pneumatic receiving bracket, scissor lift table and output car.
