Product Description   Shotcrete Machine SPZ-5 Gunite, also known as "dry process shotcrete", uses a different process than wet process shotcrete. Gunite machines use air pressure to convey dry material from the machine through the hose to the nozzle where water is added. SPZ Series Electric Dry-mix Shotcrete Machine is a low to high production, continuous-feed material placement unit for dry-mix gunite or refractory materials. It is equally at home underground in a mining environment as it is on a construction jobsite. Thepremixed materials are filled into vibrating hopper 1, and then passing through vibratingsieve to hopper 3. From there it flows into the through-going chambers of rotor 7 by theaction of agitator 2 and moves to the discharge outlet with rotor running, where it isblown to Vortex Stream Implement 10 by compressed air leaded by air pipe 14. Here it isblown by scattering, accelerating, whirling, and floating vortex stream and through
conveying hose to the nozzle, where a little adjustable amount water (for damp-mix shotcreting) is added.
