  Main component system of batching plant:        1. Proportion supply system: Aggregate bucket, electronic meter regulator,   plat belt conveyer, inclined belt conveyer and aggregate scale hopper.
2. Mixing system: Double-engine and double-lying forced mixer,   reducer, cement scale hopper, water and additive scale hopper.
3. Cement   supply system: Cement bin, screw conveyor, air compressor screw electric   balance, speed-control screw   4. Automatic water-supply system: Pressure   tank, diving pump, flow meter, pressure reducing valve, sprayer and   pipe.
5 Electric operation systems: Computer control console, electric cabinet and central control room.
