Generational information for our standard HZS120 concrete batching plant (this can be changed according to customer's requirements):

1. Power: 380V, 50HZ, 3Phase; If the customer has different power, we can change the motors of the plant.
2. Control mode: Computer controlled; Panel control can be used as well;
3. Main components: PLD 3200 with 4 storage bins; MAO3000/2000 concrete mixer; Water, cement, additive weighing system; Control system; Four 100T bolted cement silo; Four 273mm screw conveyor;
4. Container needed: Nine 40HQ;
5. Lead time: 25 days
6. Auxiliary equipments we supply: Wheel loader; Concrete mixing truck; Concrete pump.



Trade Terms:

Containers Needed for Shipping: Nine 40HQ Container

Production Lead Time: Around 25 working days

Payment Terms:
1.30%T/T, 70%T/T after inspecting cargo in the factory before delivery.
2.30%T/T, 70%T/T against B/L copy after delivery.
3.30%T/T, 70% L/C.

Packing: Standard Packing for exporting

Remarks:

1. Power: 380V, 50HZ, 3P; If the power is different, pls inform us and we will modify the motor accordingly.

2. Warranty Period: 15 months after delivery from factory, 12 months after installation (excluding wearing parts)

3. Color and Logo: As per customer's requirement. Pls advise us in advance.

4. Documents: Generally we provide Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice and Packing List. Should more requirement, pls advise us in advance.

5. Supply Installation Map, Foundation Map, Electrical Map, Operation Manual, Free Operator Training.

6. Technical Support:

(1). We will send two engineers ( two engineers excluding interpreter, one for machinery and the other for electricity) to guide installation.

(2). The buyer should bear engineers' Visa application fees, round-tip tickets, accommodation and subsidy USD50 per person per day.

(3). The buyer should be responsible for the self-security of engineers abroad.

(4). Installation time: Around 25 days.
