HUIYA RAISED FLOOR          HUIYA steel raised floor system, by combining cementitious infill steel panel with finish, which results in forming an extremely stable structure and maintaining an anti-static performance, supported by a stringered understructure system.       The bottom plate is made of stretched steel sheet,the top plate is made of cold-rolling hard steel sheet.The top and the bottom are hot-welded into an empty shell.After treated by phosphate and printed by epoxy powder,foaming cement will be fully infilled into the shell.Then curing, the structure will be stable and strong to support the designed loading capacity . The access floor panel has high strength and high durability. Technical features  Loading capaicity: Finish-High pressure laminate(HPL)     After using a variety of special paper phenolic, melamine, resin processing, high temperature and pressure made of thermosetting resin decorative laminates. It is not only bright color, bright and smooth, and has a wear-resistant, heat resistance, pollution, washable and permanent decorative features, the standard thickness of 0.8mm, 1.0mm, 1.2mm, 1.5mm, the thickness can development of user requirements.   High pressure melamine laminate is widely used in varies computer rooms and data centers. It is anti-static, anti-wear and free of pollution.  It is anti scratch and wear resistance. It is economical and easy glued on the surface of metal, calcium sulphate panel and wood core surface. So it is the most welcome floor covering. Finish-Vinyl tiles(Conductive PVC)     Conductive particles forms a special material with a perfect permanent conductivity. The conductivity makes the tile free of dust and easy to clean or maintain. Fire-proof rating FV-0 grade. Durable, waterproof, anti-chemical corrosion. It bears heavy load. System compenents Anti-static system access floor is consisted by floor panel, stringer, screw and pedestal.The panel can support different capacities and the plenum underfloor can be used for cabling and pipe laying or air condition system arrangement.The grommet and socket can be fixed in the panel by cutting an opening. The underfloor plenum is flexible for cabling, pipe and air condition system. Pedestal can be adjusted.Stringers are fixed on the adjustable pedestal by screw to form a stable substructure. The access floor panel will be laid on the pedestals.
