Compact Powder Coating System for aluminum profile & flat sheet                        Product Description       Compact powder coating plant has many advantages over the conventional Horizontal Powder Coating Plant. The conventional type horizontal powder coating plant, it uses very long and big space and hence it is difficult for existing factories to consider production expansion. However, with compact system, it only needs about 19×16×7meter of land, therefore it is ideal for factories having limiting space.       Compact powder coating plant consists of powder coating booth, double cyclone recovery system, automatic spray gun, curing oven.      Compare with the horizontal powder coating plant, what difference is compact system powder coating booth and recovery system is on the movable platform, and the curing oven is over the powder coating booth. After powder coating, per jig aluminum profiles move up to the curing oven.          Packaging & Shipping      The whole powder coating system will be separated into parts, packed in paper box, blankets, transparent film etc.   Generally, it takes 3~4containers for loading the system of whole plant.        Our Services   12 Months Machine Warranty from the ship on board date.   a)  Material warranty   The Seller guarantees the use of appropriate material according to the state of Art. All components belonging to Seller’s scope of supply are covered by Seller’s material warranty according to Seller’s general conditions of delivery and erection. For broken parts not by personal factor the seller should replace it free of charge.      Warranty period:       12 months machine warranty from the time of shipment.
