2) UV liquid can be re-used hence less wastes and it is easy to coat.
3) For Unity Albums, UV liquid has a incomparable advantage as it not only decrease the thickness of pictures but also cause no folds at the pressing step and lamination film can hardly achieve this.
4) High speed, less cost.
Cost analysis: the thickness of the UV liquid can be adjusted during coating. Normally the UV liquid is 3-5g/m2 and it can be diluted by alcohol. One kilogram of UV liquid can coat an area of 300 m2 pictures, which means that the actual cost is 0.3 RMB/m2 to 0.5 RMB / m2. The prime cost for cold lamination is 7.5RMB/m2; the prime film cost for inkjet printer machine is 3-5 RMB/m2. Hence buying a UV coating machine is a machine that earns money.
