Description of vibration fluid bed dryer:
Vibrating fluid bed dryer is widely used for operation of drying, cooling powder and granule materials.
The working principle of vibrating fluid bed dryer is that materials go into the machine from feed inlet. Under the vibratory force, the materials are thrown along the horizontal fluid bed and move forward continuously. After the hot air goes upward through the fluidized bed and a heat exchange with wet materials, the wet air is dedusted by cyclone separator and then discharged from air exhaust fan.
Features of vibration fluid bed dryer:
- Suitable for drying, cooling and humidification of products
- High drying efficiency and good energy-saving. It can save more than 30% energy than a normal drier.
- Less surface damage of materials and is capable of drying frangible materials. Working effect will not be affected even the granule is irregular.
- Good adjustability and wide scope of application. The thickness of material layer, move speed in chamber and the change of total amplitude can all be step-less regulated.
- Uniform and stable fluidizing, no dead angle and broken out, all drying, cooling, humidification products are uniform.
- The vibration source is a vibration motor, it has stable running, convenient maintenance, low noise and long life.
- Fully enclosed working status, cleaning environment.
Application of vibration fluid bed dryer:
This machine is applicable for drying and cooling powdery and granular materials in chemical, pharmaceutical, food, grain, mineral and other industries. Such as: citric acid, edible salt, industrial salt, HPMC, chicken essence, WDG, monosodium glutamate, borax, ammonium sulfate, compound fertilizer, shredded radish, soybean meal, distillers grains, seeds, slag, sugar and so on.
