  Introduction: Oolong tea is used to sharpen thinking skills and improve mental alertness. It is also used to prevent cancer, tooth decay, osteoporosis, and heart disease. Some people use oolong tea to treat obesity, diabetes, “hardening of the arteries” (atherosclerosis), high cholesterol and skinallergies such as eczema; and to boost the immune system.
Oolong tea contains caffeine. Caffeine works by stimulating the central nervous system (CNS), heart, and muscles. Oolong tea also contains theophylline and theobromine, which are chemicals similar to caffeine.     Dark Tea Because there is a deep ferment process during the dark tea manufacturing. Then, the catechine contents is changed during the whole tea polyphenols. For example, 30% green tea extract polyphenols contains 20% catechines, but 30% dark tea extractpolyphenols contains only around 6% catechines, so dark tea extract is very popular all around the world.   Black tea contains high amounts of Vitamin C, along with calcium, potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc, sodium, copper, manganese, and fluoride.And black tea extract have more anti-oxidants than green tea extract, and are anti-viral, anti-spasmodic and anti-allergic. In addition to all of these health benefits, black teas are also less astringent and have a mellower flavor than green teas.   White tea is the least processed type of tea and has the highest catechin content compared to green and black tea.Weight loss may be accelerated in overweight individuals who drink tea due to the active component catechin, which inhibits adipogenesis while stimulating the fat burning activity in the body.The polyphenols in white tea have also been shown to lower cholesterol, reduce blood pressure and fight fatigue.
