Product Introduction:
High-alkali wool using flame melting and drawing into a diameter of 0.1-3.5μm cotton-like glass micro-fiber,Commonly known as ultra-fine glass fiber cotton
Its performance is high chemical stability, small diameter, large surface area, high temperature, corrosion resistance, non-toxic, non-flammable, good adsorption characteristics ect.It is the ideal material for production of sealed lead-acid batteries glass fiber adsorption partitions,filter paper and insulation paper.
Production Process:
Material--Melting furnace--Centrifuge--Wool Machine-- Granulator -- Air Cylinder-- Roller Screen --Small Packaging Machine --Big Packaging Machine

Test Report:
Our company in accordance with the requirements sent the product sample to Nanjing Glass Fiber Research and Design Institute of Quality and Technical Supervision Center. For the density, slag content, average fiber diameter, water content, thermal conductivity, heat shrinkage temperature, combustion performance A1 test items were tested.
