China Professional Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press for Giant Radial Tires   We have got PATENT for this hydraulic vulcanizing press in China.       Product Description     Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press -  Characteristics  The hydraulic vulcanizing press adopts gantry moving mechanism, single mold and lock ring.  The hydraulic vulcanizing press takes vertical lift and horizontal moving mode for top mold and beam.  The hydraulic vulcanizing press is configured with driving device for segmented tire mold.  The hydraulic vulcanizing press loads green tire and unload tire by one-armed rotation manipulator.  The hydraulic vulcanizing press’s moving parts including clamping ring, beam, bladder center mechanism, segment mold, power cylinder, manipulator, etc. are achieved by hydraulic pressure station driving oil cylinder.   Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press -  Operation   This hydraulic vulcanizing press adopts programmable controller and data processor as man-machine interface with OSD (on screen display), which make it visual, highly reliable, conveniently changing technological process, etc.
  Hydraulic Vulcanizing Press -  Application   This hydraulic vulcanizing press is mainly used for curing all-steel giant radial tires. Using this hydraulic vulcanizing press, you can achieve the technological process of rubber tire production from uncured rubber green tire to a tire, including installing green tire, forming, vulcanizing and unloading. The whole process can be achieved to single automatic cycle.
