   Application area   Digital printing ink, solvent ink, water-based ink, automobile paint, industrial coating, pigments, color paste, and nanometer materials. Characteristics -New design of pin –type grinding components, with high grinding efficiency and high output, but low energy consumption. -With smaller length/diameter ratio and higher energy density. -Using large flux static centrifugal separation screen, with larger discharging area, grinding medium without contact with the screen, no abrasion , thus with longer service life. -Discharging outlet is designed to be in the lower-middle of flange, avoiding screen blocking caused by materials sediment. -Grinding barrel and grinding rotor adopt forced cooling system, with lower discharging temperature and no influence of sensitive materials. -Replaceable grinding barrel and rotor, using high quality wear-resisting alloy steel, reduce pollution to materials in the processing of grinding and ensure high quality of the machine. different materials are optional as per different products, such as stainless steel, high polymer materials, ceramics,etc. -Adopting double mechanical seal and imported precision bearing, all of pressure, temperature and mechanical seal have automatic protection devices. -With wider materials viscosity range of 20mpas-8000mpas -Electrical control adopts explosion-proof buttons or PLC touching control.     Technical specification
