       Cement grinding station is the independent production unit for cement finished products. Cement clinker will be grinded to finished cement with proper mixture. There are three processes of cement production, raw meal preparation, clinker burning and cement making. Production process of silicate cement is typical in cement production. The main raw material is limestone and clay. After crushing and proportioning, raw material is grinded to raw meal. Raw meal will fed into cement kiln and burned to clinker. Clinker will be grinded to cement with proper gypsum (sometime with mixture or additive).                                                 .                                                Production Flow of New Type Dry Process Cement Production Line:        Cement production line is composed of a range of equipment for cement production cement production line equipment. 1. Crushing and Pre-homogenizing:       Most of the raw materials, like limestone, clay, iron ores, and coal, should be crushed before their pre-homogenization. Limestone is the largest amount of raw materials in cement production line, and due to its large particle size and high hardness, its good crushing plays an important role in the whole line. Special stacking and reclaiming technology has been used in the pre-homogenizing process so that raw materials can be better primarily homogenized. 2. Raw Meal Preparing:
      Since the raw meal grinding work takes up more than 30% labor force in the whole dry process cement production line, it is quite important to choose appropriate grinding equipment and technological process so that high-quality products can be obtained. 3. Raw Meal Homogenizing:
     The raw meal homogenization is a key factor for stable clinker calcination. 4. Preheating and Decomposing:
     The preheater is used to preheat as well as decompose raw meal, which can improve the kiln system productivity and reduce heat consumption of clinker Purposes. 5. Clinker Calcining:
     Raw material is carried out into the rotary kiln clinker for completion after preheating in the preheater and pre-decomposition.
6. Cement Grinding:
     As the last process, the cement grinding will consume a great deal of electricity. And in this process, special size granule cement will be obtained. 7. Cement Packaging:
     The cement can be transported in bulk or in bags.                                                                                                                                                       The layout of cement production         Is to set up cement clinker production line in mine area and cement grinding station near cement market to reduce transportation cost. If the clinker production line is near city, every 1t clinker will cost about 1.6t cement raw meal as well as increase 60% transportation cost. If cement grinding station and clinker production are in the mine area meanwhile, the transportation cost will also increase. It is due to that transport mixture from city to cement plant and then transport cement to city will cost a lot. Therefore, the clinker production line should set up near mine area and the cement grinding station near market.
