Cement Limestone Crushing Dust Dedusting Bag Filter

1. Before installation

 According to the foundation drawing of dust collector (see drawing), complete the foundation, for   fix of box body and fan.

 2. Installation Steps

   (1) Check the foundation, do conventional cleaning, make level, pay-off

  (2) Lift upper and lower box body, fix them together

  (3) Install gas processor(pulse valve) and fan

  (4) Install pipe, valve , pipe support and subsidiary facilities by drawing

  (5) Install pulse valve gas circuit, air compressor gas circuit

  (6) Install filter bag(in box body when shipped, just clear up when installation)

3.  Requirements

 (1) Before installation you should read instruction book and drawing with equipment, check the quality and quantity of the machinery by packing list. If you have any questions please contact with supplier

 (2) During installation of upper and lower box body, all connection places should be guaranteed no leaking of full welding, Gasket must be added for connecting with fasteners,

  (3) During assembly of gas circuit parts, main air pipes(connect with electromagnet pulse valve) has completely manufactured in our company, you only do fitting up, control air pipe(connect cylinder) of discharging requests of no impurities, scrap iron, the testing airtight
