Product description
Chengda V-type cement bulker truck trailer can transport special materials such as cement and fly ash. The special tank structure design can specially design the internal structure according to the characteristics of various materials to ensure the transportation efficiency, beautiful appearance and smooth lines.
Chengda cement bulker truck trailer has done anti-rust and anti-corrosion treatment to all the pipelines of the tank to cope with the long-term high-humidity and high-corrosion working environment of the powder tanker.
The connection positions of the metal pipes of the cement bulker truck trailer are all made of ultra-thick pressure-resistant rubber hoses. There are double stainless steel clamps at both ends of the hoses, which have a large locking torque and are firmly fixed.
The cement tanker is designed to optimize the vulcanization angle of the tank body and the curvature radius of the cement tank trailer tank body, effectively reducing the remaining material in the tank body. The unloading speed of the tank truck can reach 1.2 tons/min, and the vertical unloading height can reach 15 meters.
