Product description

The round link cast kiln chains are one of our main products, mainly used for rotary kilns, which are important rotary kiln components. We adopt investment casting technology craft to manufacture round link cast kiln chains to ensure good appearance and internal quality for the chains. Each size of round link cast kiln chain has exclusive mould to ensure accuracy of dimension. We own automatic wax injection machine to improve production efficiency. Compared with cast chains produced by lost foam process, cast chains by investment casting have better strength, wear resistance and durability.

The round link cast kiln chains are heat resistant and abrasion resistant, used with cast heat resistant steel shackles, which are also produced by investment casting. Different materials of the round link cast chains have different uses. Carbon steel round cast kiln chains are recommended to installed in the dust curtain plastic zone of the kiln.

We can offer various shapes, materials and ring sizes of round cast chains according to customer's different needs. OEM and ODM are accepted.
