Carton flow rack for distribution center
Features:
1). Installed by declining steel strip in which is equipped by small rollers.
2). Cargo on the rack can flow downward because of gravity, thus achieve first-in, first-out access process.
3). Flow rack's working principle is like live rack's. Both are driven by gravity.
4). Flow rack is better suitable for manual handling and non-heavy cargo.
5). Flow rack is widely used in logistics, transportation, book issuance, electronics.
6). Customized sizes are available.
Structure:
1. The racking is developed from the medium duty racking.
2. Aluminum or steel roller rail are equipped between a pair of beams per layer to form a slope of 3 degree, and under the fluency of gravity, first in first out of goods are realized.
3. It is convenient to access and suitable for such places as the two sides of the assembly lines, distribution centers, etc.
4. The height of the racking is normally lower than 2.5M and the loading capacity of each layer is 1000kg at the most.
Different sizes, various specifications and colors are available according to customers' different needs.

--Wrapped by poly sheets and reinforced by steel straps;

--Small parts are packed in the boxes or according to customers' requirements;
