Brief introductions: 
Carrier roller is an important part of the belt conveyor. It is variety and the quantity is large. It costs 35% accounts of a belt conveyor, and has suffered more than 70% of the resistance, so the quality of the roller is particularly important. 

Carrier roller is used to support conveyor belt and material weight. Roller operation must be very reliable. To reduce the friction between the carrier roller and conveyor plays a key role in the life of the conveyor belt which account for more than 25% total cost of the conveyor. Although the roller is a smaller parts in the belt conveyor, and the structure is not complicated, high quality roller creation is not easy.
