Product description

Carbon Black As Feedstock Oil

Carbon black is also used in protective coatings, plastics, and resistors for electronic circuits. As a reinforcing filler it greatly increases resistance to wear and abrasion. About one fourth of the weight of a standard automobile tire is carbon black. For tires on vehicles on which it is necessary to avoid building up an electrostatic charge, such as oil trucks and hospital operating carts, even more carbon black is added to make the rubber electrically conducting.

Carbon Black Applications: 

 

Black carbon series of superior-wear resisance(N200), high-wear resistance(N300), quick-press(N500), and common(N600) of dry process and wet process, maily applied to various rubber products such as tyres, rubber overshoes, cable, seal ring, tape etc. Moreover they can be applied to such relevant industries such as plastic manufacutre,etc.

In terms of wear resistance, n234 is about 10% higher than n220. n234 carbon black has high wear resistance and crack resistance, and its wear resistance is 20%-30% higher than that of n330. It can give the rubber particles higher tensile strength and tear strength, and has a certain conductivity reinforced carbon Black for tire treads, high-quality industrial rubber products and high-load conveyor belts. The blackness is higher than that of other varieties, and it is widely used in plastic masterbatches and leather paper mills as printing and dyeing raw materials.
