INTRODUCTION: Jinlong plate heat exchanger transfers heat between warm side and cold media. The media are separated by a metal plate wall with polymer gasket seals. The compressed plates form flow channels through which the medium passes. Heat transfer takes place through the plate wall. The counter current flow together with a plate design that induces evenly distributed turbulent flow in the liquid streams, thin plate material and plate-to-plate contact ensure highly efficient heat transfer and minimum pumping costs.      Operation principle: 1. Each plate is provided with a gasket, which seals the flow gaps to atmosphere and the media from one another. 2. Pure counter flow is employed to achieve maximum possible heat transfer. 3.Two pressure plates clamp this package together with tie rods. 4.The plate package is mounted in a rack consisting of a fixed number of plates.     feature: 1. Low investment, operation and maintenance costs. 2. Highly efficient heat transfer(K- values on average 3-5 timeshigher than in case of bare-tube heat exchangers). 3. Asymmetrical flow gap available for the most costeffective solution. 4. Use of smallest temperature difference ≤1°. 5. Up to 75% less space required.  6. Self-cleaning effect due to highly turbulent flow behavior.  7. Future additional capacity is possible by fitting extra heat transfer plates.  8. Double gasket with leak groove gives safety with regards to media mixing.  9. Easy to open/clean. 10. Low operating weight/low liquid content.
