3528 Flexible LED Strips or LED Ribbon Lights are flat. LEDs are mounted directly on the surface of the flexible LED circuit board. 30 LEDs per meter flexible LED strip is for most common flexible LED strip applications. 60 LEDs per meter flexible LED strip is for applications which require extra brightness.
Flexible, thin, narrow, low profile, high brightness flexible LED strips are ideal for interior applications. Small size and cool light output make flexible LED strips (LED ribbon light) ideal for a wide range of applications such as cove lighting, back lighting, trade show displays, channel letter and other sign lighting. Flexible LED strips (LED ribbon lights) include wire leads at one end. All lengths have pre-attached 3M mounting tape.

1.Led strip with using high quality Epistar or Sanan chips, gold line, copper bracket, low-light failure, long life span.
2. For the white color, 3 grades of led chips are optional: 16-18lm/CRI>70, 22-24lm/CRI>80, 18-20lm/CRI>90 For RGB LEDs, 1500-2000mcd and 2000-2500mcd are optional. 3. 8 color temperature sections are optional: 2200-2400K, 2400-2600K, 2600-2800K, 2800-3000K, 3000-3200K, 4000-4500K, 5000-5500K, 5500-6500K. 1. Min Cuttable Length is 5CM, led strip length control by yourself. 2. Superior and heat-resistant 10mm PCB. 3. The real 3M adhesive backed tape, strong viscosity, not easy to fall.
Strict Quality Control We have a strict quality control system from raw material to finished led strips.Each step must pass strict inspection, strive to produce superior products:
1.Incoming Raw Material Inspection
Comparing incoming raw material and sealed sample in terms of class, quality grade, technical data, ensuring the consistency with purchasing requirements, thus guarantee the ensuing manufactured product fulfilling customers’ requirements.
2.Led Drying
Leds will absorb humidity when exposed to air, which requires 24H drying before SMD.
3.Light-on Test after SMD
After pasting of leds onto the PCB board, each strip panels will be powered to see if any insufficient soldering, slanted leds, and dead leds, if yes, they have to be repaired until qualified; if no, then flowing to the next stream.
4.Light-on and beating test
Strips after SMD (0.5M) should be soldered to 5M roll, after which they have to be lighted again to check if any dead leds, and together with beating test to see if leds fixed tight on pcb board
5.Aging Test
Finished products must undergo at least 8 hours’ aging test 100%
6.Light-on test of finished product
Finished product, before packing, must be lighted again after aging to check if any dead leds.
7.Pre-shipment Inspection
Proofing finished product with customers’ requirements again before shipment, to ensure the consistency of products with customers' needs.
IP Rating IP20：Non- waterproof, available indoor. IP65：Silicone glue or epoxy resin, can prevent the splashing water invade, available indoor. IP67：Silicon Tube, hollow, can prevent the big wave water invade; available indoor and outdoor.
IP68：Silicon Tube+Silicone gel or silicone extrusion molding, completely prevent dust and water invade; available indoor, outdoor and water.
Linking operation: 1. Use the power adapter connected to the led strip. 2. The maximum length in series is 5 meters when led strip is DC 12V. 3.
