B. Integral Sections
Includes 4 sections: Feeder, two splicing section, Back Folder and Conveyor.
1).Feeder section: Six 80mm paper-feeding belts coordinate with Independent servo motor; Aprons are provided at right and left sides to move right and left in response to product patterns; Equipped with four delivery cutters to adjust asymmetric length depending on actual needs; Achieves overall coordination to ensure easy, fast, automatic, continuous and accurate paper feeding;
2) Two splicing section: selects four groups of the chain with claws to push the paper to ensure two products simultaneously; the glue is pasted with nozzle glue system, with the help of sensor devices, Level splicing is completed by small cylinder.
3). Back folder section: selects four groups of the chain with claws to push the paper to ensure two products simultaneously; The left and right sides are equipped with connecting rod device; sensor devices with the cylinder on connecting rod device help to form the product.
4) Conveyor section: Adopt two rubber rollers driven by an independent motor to make product equilibrium pressed, neatly conveying to ensure perfect quality;Automatically regulates speed via host rotation speed in coordination with photoelectric device;

5.  Delivery Date:
As agreed by both parties, seller begins to arrange the production and finishes the machine within 30 working days after receiving the deposit.
 
 
6.  Terms of Payment:
100% T/T at sight, buyer shall pay 50% of the contract price as deposit after signing the contract,50% before the equipment is transported from seller’s factory.
