Structure features: 

Can store 200 group of order, change paper-cutting dimension rapidly and accurately, change over without stopping machine, and could realized computer networking, more convenient to manage. 

Cutter shaft transmission gear adopt precise forged steel with high-frequency quenching, realized to transmission with no backlash, and adopt advance keyless connection mode, transmitting accuracy and long service life. 

Blade of transverse cutter adopt rapid speed steel helical blade, serrated knife type. Shear in scissors type, small shear force, long longevity of blade. 

Front and back conveyor roll adopt sun wheel pressing paper way, transmission is steady and with even pressure, which avoid congestion or breakage of cardboard.

Adopt gapless gear which is accurate and adjustable, so as to assure precise meshing of knife edge and balanced running. 

Blade shaft : adopt high qualified forged steel with balance treatment, which has good stability. 

Adopt independent oil pump and filter with 2 group of copper pipes to distribute in every gear for oil supplying, lubrication and cooling. 

Bottom seat and wall plate of main engin adopt Grey cast iron, which has good rigidity and strong vibration resistance. 

Adopt servo controller (produce by KEB, GERMAN) to control motor driving, and all the items are clearly displayed by 10.4 inches colorful touch screen which is produced by Eview, TAIWAN

Cutting length : 500-9000mm, cutting accuracy: +/- 1mm. (steady speed)
