Product description

(5) The compatibility of circuit materials is good, and multilayer wiring can be carried out to realize high density and miniaturization of packaging.
Our rectangular shapes for as-fired aluminum nitride ceramic substrates are available up to 140mm×190mm.
The standard thickness is 0.38mm, 0.50mm, 0.635mm and 1.0mm.
For products that require high dimensional accuracy, we can use various processing methods to process ceramic substrates,
such as lapping, polishing, laser scribing, laser cutting, etc.
Besides AlN ceramic substrate, alumina ceramic substrate and si3n4 ceramic substrate are within our business scope,
