Functions of anti masterbatch
1.These efficient fire-proof masterbatch chooses quality & efficient flame-retardant and goes through unique compounding. It is not only of reliable fire-resistance, but also has sound dispersion performance and consistency with matrix resin.
2. environmentally friendly, non-halogen flame retardant masterbatches. The new plastic additive products are fully melt processable, thus preserving colour and physical properties. They were developed specifically to help products made of polyester, polypropylene (PP) and thermoplastic urethane (TPU) meet critical flammability standards for applications in extruded and injection-moulded articles.
Our masterbatch extruder also can make the color masterbatch, filler masterbatch and so on.
Two stage extruder and single screw extruder also in available.
