Product description

Overview: Aluminum alloy doors and windows refer to doors and windows made of aluminum alloy extruded profiles as frames, mullions and fan materials. They are called aluminum alloy doors and windows, or aluminum doors and windows for short. Aluminum alloy doors and windows include doors and windows that use aluminum alloy as the force-bearing rod (a rod that bears and transmits its own weight and load) as the base material and wood and plastic composite doors and windows, referred to as aluminum-wood composite doors and windows, and aluminum-plastic composite doors and windows.

Processing and manufacturing technology:

1. The processing and production of broken bridge aluminum doors and windows should be carried out in the factory and not at the construction site. The production of doors and windows should comply with the design and installation and acceptance specifications of heat-insulating aluminum alloy doors and windows. The heat-insulating aluminum alloy door and window frames should be installed firmly. Doors and windows should be push-pull, It can be opened flexibly, there should be a drain hole at the window sill, and a limiter should be installed. Fasteners should comply with relevant technical regulations; hardware models, specifications and performance should comply with current national standards.

2. 2. The drainage holes on the slides of the sliding windows should be processed according to the principle of the outer holes of the inner sash and the inner holes of the outer sash to ensure the sealing performance of the doors and windows, especially the sliding windows with horizontal top strips at the bottom.

3. 3. Before assembling the broken bridge aluminum doors and windows, the end processing burrs should be removed, and sealing measures such as waterproof glue must be taken at the end nodes and profile joints to prevent structural water seepage.

4. 4. The structural assembly of hidden frame windows must be made and maintained in a clean room.

Quality Standard:

Take a look at the materials. The thickness, strength and oxide film of aluminum profiles used in high-quality aluminum alloy doors and windows should comply with relevant national standards. The wall thickness of the main stress-bearing rods of aluminum alloy windows should be more than 1.4 mm. The main stress-bearing rods of aluminum alloy doors The wall thickness should be above 2.0 mm, the tensile strength should reach 157 Newtons per square millimeter, the yield strength should reach 108 Newtons per square millimeter, and the oxide film thickness should reach 10 microns. If it does not meet the above standards, it is an inferior quality aluminum alloy door and window and cannot be used.

Second, look at processing. High-quality aluminum alloy doors and windows, fine processing, careful installation, good sealing performance, and easy opening and closing. Inferior aluminum alloy doors and windows, blindly selecting aluminum profile series and specifications, shoddy processing, using sawing instead of milling, not installed as required, poor sealing performance, uneasy opening and closing, not only air leakage, rain leakage and glass bursting, but also When exposed to strong winds and external forces, the sliding parts or glass can easily be scraped or knocked off, causing damage to property and injury to people.

Third, look at the price. Under normal circumstances, high-quality aluminum alloy doors and windows are about 30% more expensive than inferior aluminum alloy doors and windows due to high production costs. Some aluminum alloy doors and windows made of aluminum profiles with a wall thickness of only 0.6-0.8 mm have tensile strength and yield strength well below the relevant national standards and are very unsafe to use. In addition, there are many self-employed people who process aluminum alloy doors and windows, and they do not understand the structural characteristics and performance of aluminum alloy doors and windows. In order to reduce costs and cut corners and pass off inferior products as good ones, the product has greater hidden dangers and is generally not suitable for use. It is best to choose products from regular aluminum alloy door and window manufacturers. Here is a special note: the national standard profile thickness is 1.4mm. If the supplier chooses a material with a wall thickness of 1.2mm or 1.0mm or even thinner, it is a substandard product. Please pay attention when purchasing. .

Fourth look at the material

There are six main aspects that you can refer to when it comes to materials:

⒈Thickness: There are two types of aluminum alloy sliding doors and windows, 70 series and 90 series. The aluminum alloy sliding doors inside the house can use 70 series. The aluminum alloy series number indicates the thickness and structural dimensions of the door frame in millimeters. There are four common aluminum alloy sliding windows: 55 series, 60 series, 70 series, and 90 series. The selection should be based on the size of the window opening and the local wind pressure value. The aluminum alloy sliding window used to close the balcony should be no less than 70 series.

⒉Strength: The tensile strength should reach 157 Newtons per square millimeter, and the yield strength should reach 108 Newtons per square millimeter. When purchasing, you can bend the profile appropriately and it should return to its original shape after you let go.

⒊Color: The color of the same aluminum alloy profile should be consistent. If the color difference is obvious, it is not suitable to purchase.

⒋Flatness: Check the surface of the aluminum alloy profile. There should be no dents or bulges.

⒌Glossiness: Aluminum alloy doors and windows should avoid purchasing profiles with obvious defects such as open bubbles (white spots) and ash (black spots), cracks, burrs, and peeling on the surface.

⒍Oxidation degree: The thickness of the oxide film should reach 10 microns. When purchasing, lightly scratch the surface of the profile to see if the oxide film on the surface can be wiped off.
