Its structure as following : both front  and rear is  aluminum sheet with 0.08-0.5mm, the core is  LDPE board. Its maximum width can reach 1.55m and the length can be custom according to clients' request. Bending  strength and rupture strength of normal metal completely depend on its surface layer. Applying this characteristics and physical property of I − shape beam,  the strength of our aluminum composite panel is not changed with lighter self-weight.
