LEED JZ3003X is a dielectric paste for 3003 or 3103 type aluminum base dielectric which features excellent insulating property, and non-toxic element and up to European RoHS environmental regulation. LEED JZ3003X perfectly matches the thermal expansion of aluminum base. The fired thickness can reach 80 microns when printing 3 layers and breakdown temperature can exceed 18000 VAC. Recommended Technical Information & Notice Printing: It is recommended the lustration grade of appliance and circumstance to be more than ten thousand degree, it should be guarantee that the room temperature and appliance temperate remains 24±2°C during printing. Keep stir it slowly and fully before using. If take out of from icebox or icehouse firstly, please place it in the printing house until it return to room temperature. Drying: It can be dried both in infrared stove and rotary dry furnace, the peak temperature of drying is 250~300 degree centigrade, the drying time can be regulated according drying situation. Firing: Firing is one of most important data for affecting the performance of paste. The firing need to use flash firing techniques, the peak temperature can be regulated according the quality of fired thickness. Thinning: The composition is optimized for screen printing and thinning is not normally required. Use the LEED recommended thinner for adjustments to viscosity of to replace evaporation losses. The use of too much thinner or the use of a non recommended thinner may affect the archeological behavior of the material and its printing characteristics, and stir fully after thinning. Compatibility: Dielectric paste JZ3003X and conductor paste DT550X are compatible perfectly with DZ55XX resistor paste. Transportation and Storage: During transportation and storage should protect against the tide and contamination. Containers may be stored in a clean, dry and stable environment at room temperature (between 5°C~20°C), with their lids tightly sealed. The shelf life is 6month.
