3.General

PZDK series of intelligent chargers are a kind of intelligent charging device which is developed according to the technical requirement about the charging of the battery pack (group) used for AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles). It uses the microprocessor as the main control unit, the color touch screen as the man-machine interface, with the function of flexible man-machine dialogue. It is suitable to perform the intelligent charge for AGVs and other electric vehicles.

4. Operation conditions

i). The average altitude shall be not more than 1000m for common charger, and it shall be not exceeded 3000m for plateau type charger

ii). The ambient temperature shall be -10℃ ~ +40℃.

iii). The maximum relative humidity shall be less than 90%.

iv). The operating location shall be free of conductive and explosive dust, gas or steam which can corrode metal or damage the insulation, strong electromagnetic interference.

v). The operation location shall be good ventilation.

vi). No violent vibration and shock. The inclination shall be not more than 5 degree.

The charger adopts high frequency switching rectifier power-supply module. The working process of the charger is controlled by microprocessor in real-time, automatic power on/off, simple operation, safe and reliable. The user can view the operation parameters and working status through the touch screen.
