1. The Fully Automatic Pallet Strapping Machine SKH1212 is specially used to strap the pallets. The strap head is made by TITAN, Germany. The PLC is from SIEMENS,  which ensure the advanced property and reliable operation. 

This machine is used with the pallet wrapping and conveying line automatically in no need of manualoperation.

2.1 Strapping specification:

   Size of pallet: 1400mmx1300mmx2000mm

2.2 Requirement for the placing of the pallets.

The pallet is laid on the conveyor with the center line parallel with the ground surface.

Feeding speed of the belt:  2.5-4.5m/s

Hot melting sealing, length of sealing head:  27mm

Material of belt:  PET

Width of belt:  9-16mm (Recommend 12mm )
