In order to ensure cutting efficiency and effectively reduce cutting costs, Suzhou Xinrui Equipment Technology Co., Ltd. has launched two types of laser cutting specialized nitrogen production devices, PSA and film nitrogen production, after years of dedicated research and development and extensive process testing.

It is a multifunctional laser cutting auxiliary gas supply unit, which has the advantages of: 

① Compared to traditional liquid nitrogen cutting of carbon steel, it can save more than 50% in cost;

 ② Compared to traditional liquid oxygen cutting of carbon steel, the efficiency can be increased by more than 3-5 times; 

③ Compared to traditional liquid nitrogen cutting of aluminum plates, the cross-sectional quality is finer, the slag hanging is smaller, and medium thin aluminum plates can achieve burr free cutting of aluminum alloys; 

④ Compared to traditional air cutting, gas quality is better, reducing pipeline pollution.
