785nm mode locked laser generates less than 0.2nm of narrow spectral linewidth, less than 1% low noise.The power can up to 600mw.TTL modulation up to 30KHz and Analog modulation up to 100KHz .It features ultra compact design, long lifetime, cost-effectiveness and easy operation. They are specially designed for Raman spectroscopy , laser measurement, optical fiber communication, spectrum analyszers, etc.
