5 Axes High Speed Disc Brush Drilling and Tufting Machine.
VM70-15C brush machine has the functions of drilling holes and tufting filaments. It has five axes, two clamps and the tufting speed is as high as 450 tufts/minute. It is designed for production of round disc brushes and long strip brushes, and it is equipped with two drilling heads and one tufting head. By selecting different platforms, this brush making machine can finish drilling and tufting of disc brushes and strip brushes.
