Ice maker machine     Application     Containerized block ice making machine has the following features:   Integrated refrigeration system; Special structure of evaporator coil can avoid frequent replacement resulted from corruption; The refrigerants can be used worldwide and comply with international standards; Dry type expansion evaporation reduces the dosage of refrigerant which guarantees safe performance of system; Production capacity of single module is 2.5-10T/24h. For more capacity, we can use multi modules. There are block ice weights of 12.5kg, 20kg, 25kg, and 50kg for option; The containers are ISO approved. High cube and open top containers are available; There is no special construction requirement. Solid ground is applicable; The shortest time of equipment installation and commissioning lowers the cost and risk for customer; Easy to move and reliable, transportable by truck or ship Product Description     Aluminum-alloyed evaporator consists of aluminum-alloyed refrigerating plate and aluminum-alloyed board. The evaporator is divided into fixed-size small boxes by inside partition. Refrigerant is evaporating in the flow channel inside aluminum-alloyed refrigerating plate. After the base plate of evaporator is closed and sealed, through the pipe which is connected with water pump and evaporator, water is supplied to evaporator up to standard level. When making ice, refrigerant is evaporating in the flow channel and absorbing the heat of water in the small boxes, and make water frozen into box-size ice block. When extract ice, open the base plate, and let hot Freon wash into the flow channel and heat the aluminum-alloyed plate to melt the interface between ice and aluminum-alloyed plate and the ice block will drop by gravity. And close base plate, add water, make ice, extract ice again, cycle like this. The sanitation standard of ice which is made by aluminum-alloyed plate is higher than by salty water ice-making tank. It is applicable to the place where ahs high requirement for sanitation.       Specification
