Product description
Caustic Calcined Magnesite(CCM) is made of raw Magnesite ores through being calcined in reverberatory furnaces or suspended calcining kilns. The characteristics of this product are evenly-calcined, stable in quality, high purity and good activity. This kind of product can be widely used in industries such as paper making, chemical fields, rubber, medicine, animal husbandry, refractory materials and building materials.
Caustic Calcined Magnesia (CCM) also known as Light Calcined Magnesite (LCM) is a highly reactive form of magnesium oxide produced by calcination of Magnesite Ore at relatively low temperatures (>1000 °C).
Caustic calcined magnesia is available in a wide range of different purities (typically MgO 83 to 92%) and particle sizes such as #200 mesh to #325 mesh.
Use of caustic calcined magnesite
Caustic calcined magnesite is mainly used to prevent fire board, feed, fertilizer, manhole cover, insulation board, art fence, magnesium sulfate, door core board, composite insulation board, firecracker solid propellant, chicken house, inorganic glass, magnesite tile, grinding wheel Ideal raw materials for molds, artificial marble, power plant boiler flue gas desulfurization, sewage treatment, ventilation pipes, lightweight partition boards, vegetable scaffolding, building materials, ceramic brick bottom powder, steelmaking slag, paper making, biogas tanks, etc. .
Caustic calcined magnesite can be used to make cementitious materials. For example, building materials containing magnesium cement, heat insulation and sound insulation can also be used as ceramic raw materials. After chemical treatment of light burnt magnesium, various magnesium salts can be prepared and used as raw materials for medicine, rubber, man-made fiber and papermaking.
