532nm 300mw solid low noise laser features with ultra compact, small size, wide operating temperature, good sealing, long lifetime, cost -effectiveness and easy operating, working under the pressure of 0.02kPa, which is widely used in DNA sequencing, flow cytometry, cell sorting, optical instrument, spectrum analysis, interference, measurement, holography, laser printing, chip inspection, physics experiment, etc.The power stability (over 4 hours) is <1%, <2% , <3% optional. The transverse mode is TEM00 and the beam diameter at the aperture is nearly 1.5mm. The beam height from base plate is nearly 19 mm. The warm-up time is less than 10 minutes and the M2 factor is less than 1.2. Otherwise, the warranty is within one year and the working temperature is between 0-60 and 10-35℃ optional. The expected liftime is about 10000 hours.
