3-layers Ppr Glass Fiber Reinforced Pipe Production Line 

PP-R glass fiber reinforced pipe is popular in developed countries, which is high temperature

resistance , corrosion resistance , heat preservation, long life time .

1.PP-R glass fiber reinforced co-extrusion line technology by using two or three sets of high speed single screw extruder and one set of making marking lines extruder, working together with the relative moulds and auxiliaries to make the pipes ranged from 20mm to 110mm. whose main process material is PP-R, PP-B or PE ,PP, and the layers of the pipes can be adjusted individually .

2. The finished pipe is with high stiffness and toughness, high capacity suffering the internal pressure and external pressure , to make the materials play better with their characteristics, and overcome the weakness of the bend and the deformation , reduce the coefficient of linear expansion of the pipe, it is material-saving , cost-reduction comparing with the common same size of the PPR Pipe.

3.The support distance of the pipe is longer than common PP-R pipe, there is no overt overhang phenomemon during installation .

Lower coefficient of linear expansion :≤0.7x10-4L/℃ ,ensure the pipe endure the high temperature.
