2PC forged steel ball valve is a kind of high pressure ball valve, mostly used in welded ends, also have threaded valves. Forged steel ball valve must use fire safe design and anti-static device in high pressure pipelines.
A ball valve mainly consists of valve body, ball,and stem. Valve ball is a kind of sphere with a hole in the center to allow the medium to flow. Ball valve is a two way valve which is quarter-turn rotation to control the flow. 2PC Ball Valve get its name from the three body parts it can be divided into. It’s easy to be disassembled to replace the sealing parts and repair. Stainless Steel /Carbon steel 2PC threaded ball valve is also a kind of full port/ full bore. The thread type of NPT/BSPT/BSPP/G thread,etc is available.
