The welding workshop has three automatic CNC production lines. The welding production line adopts fully CNC automatic welding fixtures to realize automatic and standard flowing work. The painting workshop has an automatic electrophoresis production line, an automatic water-suspended high-temperature production line of automotive finish. The automatic electrophoresis spray ensures that parts are resistant to corrosion and salt spray, and have a longer service life. The high temperature finish makes the products appearance bright, plump, tough and delicate. The assembly workshop adopts miniature automotive lifting line and national standard testing line for performance of finished cars.
